Autoclave

Autoclave, high pressure electrically heated steam sterilizer is used for sterilization of instruments, dressing material, linen, rubber, plastic materials by mean of saturated steam under pressure of 20 psi. Autoclave is used in all scientific laboratories, educational institutions and industries. Construction: Double walled construction with boiler made of stainless steel thick sheet. Outer shell is made of mild steel finished with powder coating (or) Inner and Outer chamber is fully made of Stainless Steel Sheet also available. Lid is made of stainless steel thick plate and is tightened all-round by wing nut locking system. Sterilizer is hydraulically tested upto 40 psi as safety measures and fitted with Neoprene Rubber Gaskets to ensure tight sealing. Autoclaves are fitted with pressure gauge, steam release cock, spring-loaded safety valve that can set at any selected point from 15 psi to 20 psi +/- 3 psi and drain outlet. An ISI marked immersion type suitable rating heating element heats the water and steam to desired temperature and pressure. Supplied complete unit with PEDAL LIFTING DEVICE, Perforated S.S. Air Shower

Air Showers are self contained chambers installed at entrances to clean rooms and other controlled environments. They minimize particulate matter entering or exiting the clean space. Personnel and materials entering or exiting the controlled environment are "scrubbed" by high velocity HEPA-filtered air jets with velocities of 20-22m/s (5500-6000fpm). Contaminated air is then drawn through the base within the unit, filtered and recirculated.

The class I bio safety cabinets is an open-front design and works on the principle of negative pressure generations. The exhausted air is filtered through high efficiency particulate air filter (HEPA) filter. This Class I bio safety cabinet is ideal to be used where the Personnel and environmental protection is key, but not product Protection.

Bio safety Cabinets Class - II is classified as

This Class II vertical laminar-flow biological cabinet is an open-front, ventilated cabinet. This cabinet provides a HEPA filtered, recirculated mass airflow within the work space. The exhaust air from the cabinet is also filtered by HEPA filters. This type of bio safety cabinets provides excellent protection to users, products and the environment. While HEPA filters are effective for trapping particulates and infectious agents, these filters will not capture volatile chemicals or gases.

Bio safety cabinet class III is a totally closed compact and purely ventilated enclosure having an air tight construction. All the experiments/procedures are performed through rubber gloves, which are provided at the front of the unit. The primary feature of class III bio safety cabinets is that they maintain negative pressure of 0.5” or more while in operation. The supplies of fresh air are taken inside the enclosure through specially designed high efficiency perfect air filters (HEPA). The exhausted air of the unit is passed through two modules of HEPA filters, which are strategically placed in series. The air passes through the two filters before being discharged in the environment. The exhaust fan for the Class III cabinet is generally separate from the exhaust fans of the facility’s ventilation system. These types of bio safety cabinet have complete self sustained exhaust system.

Bod Incubator

The BOD incubator is most versatile and highly reliable low temperature incubator to make Biochemical Oxygen Demand determinations and for preservation of vaccines, insulin, level extracts, chemicals etc.

CONSTRUCTION: Double walled robust cabinet, wheel mounted, Insulated with 3" mm super glass wool between the intermediate and exterior walls, which forms the main structure. Outer chamber is made of mild steel attractively finished with powder coating for durable operation. Inner Chamber made of Stainless steel interior walls has supports allowing wide range of shelf positions and spacing. Door fitted with Double glass window and heavy stainless steel hinges facilitate inspection of samples without opening the door.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL: B.O.D. Incubator is the excellent and reliable Digital temp. Controller-cum- Indicator with RTD Sensor control range from 5 deg C to 60 deg C +/- 1 deg C. Hermetically sealed high performance Compressor, air cooled condenser works efficiently to lower the inside chamber temperature and accessories provided at the bottom of the chamber. Heating elements made of Nichrome wires are placed in the inner back side of the BOD Incubator. Cooling coils are distributed all round the chamber and lie in the air circulation path. Air is circulated by a fan to keep the temp uniform throughout inner chamber.

CONTROL PANEL: All controls and circuitry are housed at the top of the incubator and therefore protected from spillage. Separate indicator lamps for mains, heating and cooling are fitted. Temperature setting knob allows the user to select and set any desired temp.

Fume exhausts hoods manufactured by us as per customer requirements.

The inner walls of the working chamber is covered with epoxy coated asbestos or FRP or HDPE lining or as required. The working table is made of acid proof glazed tiles/18mm thick Granite and provided with gas/air Petcocks and additional power points, diffused fluorescent tubes. The front shutter is of shatter proof clear glass, framed in suitable structure with vertically sliding facility and is connected with counter weight balancing arrangement.

The exhaust system consists of a dynamically balanced centrifugal impeller, made of PVC/FRP, directly coupled with a TEFC industrial motor of 1440 RPM 1Phase or 3 phase 230/415 V and control led by a DOL starter with systems ranges from 500 CFM to 2000 CFM or above as it is proportional to the dimensions of the hood. Fume exhaust hoods are provided with suitable ducting of FRP or PVC material with required diameter and length as per the site conditions.

Hot Air Oven

Construction: It is triple walled construction. Inner chamber made of Stainless steel. Outer chamber is made of mild steel attractively finished in powder coating for durable operation. Inner chamber is fabricated with ribs to adjust trays to any convenient height. Oven supplied with removable perforated trays 2 or 3 depending on sizes. Trays are made of Stainless Steel

Insulation: It insulated by 3" gap between the walls is filled with special grade glass wool for proper insulation and to avoid heat losses.

Door: It is double walled inner Stainless Steel and outer chamber mild steel with powder coated paint fitted with heavy stainless steel hinges with spring loaded lock.

Heating Elements: Heating elements are made of high-grade Nichrome wire, which are put inside the porcelain beads and placed at the bottom and two vertical sides for uniform temperature all over the space.

Temperature Control: The temperature is controlled by a capillary thermostat variable from 5 deg. C above ambient to 250 deg.C with a sensitivity of +/- 2 deg C.

Ventilation: Air ventilators are provided at top as well as at the bottom to ventilate gases and fumes if any.

Control Panel: The equipment is provided with a panel which is just below the door having a Capillary type Thermostat, thermostat control known knob, On/Off switch, two pilot lamps and provision for fixing the Timer.

Humidity Cabinet

This is a double walled unit with mild steel powder coat painted on out side, and the inner is made of either aluminium or stainless steel. The front door has a glass window with a wiper unit. The temperature range is ambient to 60 deg. C. Dry temperature is controlled by digital temperature controller with an accuracy of ±1 deg.c. The humidity is directly controlled by a humidity indicator cum controller and the humidity is displayed in percentage. The range is from atmospheric humidity to 95% with a sensitivity of ±3% Air circulating fan is provided to maintain both humidity and temperature. Laminar Air Flow Horizontal

Laminar air flow Workstations provide a high degree of localized control for critical processes. The Laminar air flow Workstations operate by drawing ambient air, under negative pressure, into the unit. This air first passes through a Pre-filter which traps the larger dust and dirt particles. The blower then directs this pre-filtered air, now under positive pressure, through the 99.99% efficient HEPA(High Efficiency Particular Air) having efficiency rating as high as 99.99% with cold DOP and 99.97% with hot DOP, thus retaining all air borne particles of size 0.3 micron and larger. Double filtered air blow in laminar flow through the work area at designed velocity of 90 ft/min +/- 20%. filter engulfing the entire work area with sterile, unidirectional ultra-clean air. It also washes away particles that may be generated by manipulations within the Flow.

HEPA filters made of micro clean glass fiber paper of imported origin with fine corrugated aluminium foil separators. Pressure drop will be 18mm WG. Pre -filters are manufactured by using synthetic non woven polyester fabric material with HDPE mesh reinforcement on both sides. Both the filters are protected by suitable grill arrangement. Blower Motor Assembly: Statically and dynamically balanced single phase, double shaft motor directly coupled with a pair of centrifugal type aluminimum impeller and enclosed with a specially designed MS casing. Direct drive, size to provide adequate air flow volume over the entire surface of HEPA filter. Fitted with 1/2 HP motor and operates with minimum noise level i.e. lower than 65 db on scale and Vibration less than 2.5 um (0.0001 deg).

Ultra Cryostat(Circulator)

The inner tank shall be made out of stainless steel and is insulated with thermorix sheet. This is mounted on a sturdy iron frame. The refrigeration system is consisting of a compressor, condenser and a fan which are fixed in the bottom of the frame. The evaporator Coil is evenly placed inside the s.s.ltank. R 134 a gas is charged to the refrigeration System which brings down the temperature. A stirrer keeps the temperature uniform and accuracy is controlled by a digital Controller with 3 1\2 digit led with resolution Of 0.5 deg.c the complete unit is covered With mild steel sheet and powder coated in a pleasing colour. Four wheels are provided for easy movement.
